I was born and raised in Kraków, Poland, where my journey with photography began more than twenty years ago. From the very beginning, photography became much more than a hobby—it became a passion and a way of experiencing the world.

For many years, I lived in Germany, where photography continued to be an important part of my life. Living abroad gave me the opportunity to discover new places, cultures, and perspectives, strengthening my belief that every destination has its own unique story waiting to be told.

I love wandering through cities, discovering new places, and traveling whenever I can. Every destination has its own atmosphere, its own rhythm, and its own story. My goal is not simply to document what I see, but to capture a small piece of that place in a way that reflects what I felt in that exact moment.

Before I even pick up my camera, I take time to observe. I walk, I look, and I experience each location from different perspectives. Only then do I begin to photograph. For me, every image starts long before I press the shutter.

My work focuses on cityscapes, landscapes, architecture, and street photography. I enjoy capturing the energy of everyday life as much as the quiet beauty of a city after dark. Black-and-white photography has a special place in my heart, while long-exposure night photography constantly reminds me that patience is often rewarded with something extraordinary.

When I’m behind the camera, the rest of the world simply disappears. I become completely immersed in the present moment, and that’s what I love most about photography.

I created Czechowski Art to share the places I’ve visited through my own eyes. My hope is that these photographs inspire you, awaken memories of your own travels, or simply allow you to pause for a moment and see the beauty that surrounds us.
